Our Team

Ephie Coumanakos is the co-founder and managing partner of Concord Financial Group.  She is a graduate of The Wharton School of The University of Pennsylvania, where she graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science in Economics in 1986.  In 2001, Ephie returned to The University of Pennsylvania and earned a Master of Science degree in Engineering in the Management of Technology from The Wharton School and Penn Engineering.  She began her career in the financial services in 1993 with The New York Life Insurance Company.

As a Financial Advisor, Ephie specializes in the areas of retirement and pre-retirement planning, asset preservation, wealth management and estate planning.  Working closely with clients and their legal and tax advisors, she is able to design customized financial solutions tailored to the clients exact requirements.  Specifically, she works with local attorneys and accountants to help implement tax saving strategies and design estate continuation plans.

In her practice, Ephie uses extensive analysis to profile the investment objectives of her clients, evaluate various investment scenarios, identify expenses within each strategy and quantify portfolio risk to the client.  Ephie, frequently appears as a speaker at financial workshops that educate the public in retirement and estate planning, long term care options, preservations strategies for tax-qualified and non-tax qualified accounts.

Doher Ferris is the co-founder of Concord Financial Group and Key Advisors Group LLC.  He majored in Business at Penn State University and spent 11 years as a franchise business owner before joining the financial services industry in 1992. He began his career with The New York Life Insurance Company where he held accolades* as Rookie of the Year, Centurion, MDRT, Gamma award recipient. Doher moved on to Prudential Financial where he served as a Developmental Sales Manager.  Under his guidance, Doher’s team reached the top 2% level in production and earned him the President’s citation on three separate occasions.  He was also recognized as the region’s top Developmental Manager.  Since 2000, Doher has qualified for MDRT* and attained the recognitions of Court of the Table* and Top of the Table* MDRT producer consistently.

Doher has served as the President of the Central Delaware (NAIFA) National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors (2006 & 2007).  He has served on committees with the local Chamber of Commerce; as President of the Dover High Wrestling Boosters; and head coach of a local Pop Warner football team for 14 years. Doher is the current head coach of the Dover/CR Raiders Football State Championship team, which he personally founded in 2002.

Doug Ferris is a Registered Representative and Investment Advisor Representative of Equity Services, Inc. and offers securities in Delaware, Maryland and Pennysylvania. Doug is also insurance-licensed in Delaware.

Eddie Ghabour is the co-owner and the managing partner of Key Advisors Group, LLC. He graduated from York college of Pennsylvania with a degree in Economics and Finance. In 1998, Eddie began a successful career in financial services. Since 2000, he has qualified for the prestigious, MDRT, Court of the Table, and Top of the Table honors* each year.

Eddie focuses on retirement and estate planning strategies for his clients, specializing in money management. He works with local CPAs and attorneys implementing tax saving strategies to help clients protect their hard earned assets from unnecessary taxation.
